A 06 Hyundai Accent came in with the brakes dragging and right front caliper stuck. What could be wrong?

CHECK AND SEE IF THE CALIPER SLIDES ARE STARTING TO STICK, I WOULD PERFORM A SERVICE ON THE BRAKE SYSTEM.

I agree the most likely cause is a bad brake hose it's probably clasped inside you can get brake pressure gauges from the tool guy in a set install them on all four brake calipers to see which one is low or sticking when you release the peddle. This works great & eliminates the guess work.

my first two things to check would be caliper slides and flex hose. The flex hose will likely be the culprit. Open the hose at the caliper to see if it releases

A RESTRICTION in the flex hose could also keep residual pressure in the line causing the caliper to drag. open the bleeder or crack the banjo bolt. if pressure is released and caliper is then free. then diagnosis of the restriction or pressure retension will be needed

    Maybe seized caliper pins?

Check for fluid contamination, if you see rubber swelling on the cap gasket someone may have put oil in the system If not open a bleeder and see if you get a spurt of fluid from the wheel that is sticking. If you do it with the brakes dragging, separate the booster from master.  If it relieves pressure, then it may be the booster linkage adjustment or the pedal not returning.
