97 Ford battery drain

Working on a 97 F150 with a battery drain. It seems to be coming from the instrument cluster. Anyone else run into this issue?

    I see this post is from January, however, the ford instrument clusters have issues with a failed cold soldier joint, we have a local company, " United Radio" which repairs /exchanges these. Unless they are still a current Ford unit, in that case they request we purchase them through Ford. obtain the part/ engineering number from the back of the cluster, and reach out to Ford, if they do not have it in their price book a local repair service is usually more reasonable  $$

    I have run into a battery drain on a F-150, but not from the cluster.. my cause was the Power Distribution Box. I had a relay sticking on. Had to put in a temporary main disconnect switch at the battery until the customer could come back and leave it to get it fixed.
