What type of tools are you using to replace pressed in wheel bearings?  I have the full Hub Shark kit and it works great for most wheel bearings.

We remove the knuckle and take it to the press.

Here in our shop we remove the whole knuckle and take it over to the press,,,some knuckles are really tricky to get in the press nice and square!

We use the hub tamer, Have a variety of sleeves & pins from several old ball joint press kits & a hydraulic press. When an old bearing is seized, sometimes we will knock out the center & weld a bead on the inside of the bearing race. That will usually free it up enough to remove it.

Same basic idea. Slide hammer to remove hub, Hub Tamer (forcing screw and adapters) kit to remove and replace bearing and hub.
